What is the max you'll pay to get into a club

This is really aimed at single guys but it'll be interesting to hear what couples will pay as well.
The reason for asking is that I've just seen an ad ( I won't name the people ) that want £90 for single guy.
That, in my books, is taking the yellow stuff! |

Then ignore it and don't go as a single guy, easy
I find where ever I've been has always been pretty reasonable, no complaints...
I wouldn't pay that though! Loads of choice though for the single gent so I'd just skirt that one and pick someplace else |

"I'd say it depends on the club abd the facilities offered. Where £100 may be reasonable at one club £10 may be overpriced for another."
How can £100 ever be reasonable unless you're shagging royalty! |

personally I think it's easy to see why some single blokes don't take "no" for an answer if they're being ripped a new one. They probably want their monies worth! |

The club's are just trying to regulate the numbers of single blokes at the clubs I think.
If it were a 5er entry the place would be full... And the coupled and single women wouldn't want to be there either. So they regulate but it's the blokes who attend singly get rinsed.
Way of the world I am afraid.

We was passing Manchester on Tuesday so decided to stop and take in Cupids.. £10 for us to get in and must say it's the cleanest club we have visited to date.. absolute bargain. |

Single men and clubs prices again
Let's have the figures then.... come on guys, just how much are you charged at the door of which club?
If entry prices are going to be a discussion, let's have the facts and figures |

£20-25 on a Friday/Saturday £10 Midweek, though up to £50 at Xmas, but that must include a Buffet |

I think all should be charged £20-£30 max. I don't think single guys should be charged more, they aren't there for anything different than what we are. People say it's to keep the numbers of single men down, well that can easily be done, without the ridiculous charge, by keeping an eye on the amount entering and then refusing entry after the set number has been reached. Some clubs already do this, but still charge men more. As a single female I would quite happily pay £20-£30 for a decent club, with good facilities. |

This is the reason i havent joined a club. I understand a membership fee for 12 months. But the price they ask for a single guy in is bad. £25 is a good price for a single guy in my opinion anything more you might aswel pay for sex. Something ive never and wouldnt do. Also a swingers club your not guaranteed sex anyway unless you go to sex clubs where there is a few paid girls and loads of guys banging away. To me that isnt swinging. |

I wouldn't pay more than 25 for a night in a club, one of the reasons we haven't tried la chambre is because its 25 plus membership so up to 50 quid for a night you might not enjoy
I agree single men get rinsed why a club can charge them the same has a couple and then just allow lets 10 men in is behond me? |

It costs what it costs...all in all not an expensive night...what's the average? Thirty quid maybe...hardly bank breaking figures really..
If your not prepared to open your wallet, don't go. If you don't mind...do,
I doubt clubs will change their pricing policies overnight on the strength of this thread so that's the black and white of it...
Pay and go.
Don't pay and don't go.

Sure we paid around £100 at a club in the London area for one night. Was a good night but taking into account travel and other expenses we could have gone away for a weekend!
Would not go over £100 for sure. Usually average around £30. |

A swinger doesnt say things like '£25 is a good price for a single guy in my opinion anything more you might aswel pay for sex.' |

They do because i am a swinger. And swinging shouldnt be about money it should be about a person/group of people enjoying and sharing an interest. When clubs charge big money to enter there clubs then i think it defeats the object then you are just paying for the hope of having sex. If i visited a club i dont want to think i want to get my moneys worth. I would want to go to meet and introduce myself to people what share the same interests. Swinging isnt just sex.
And i said before i dont meet people what charge for sex |

I wouldn't pay anything to get into a swingers club. Just not my scene.
Yes I've been to sex/swing clubs in the USA , Paris and Holland. I just have more fun in vanilla clubs. |

I dnt earn much so from my point of view I like that I can get into the swing club free in Friday coz then I jst have to find the funds for my fuel
Most guys who wanna meet me cant accom and nor can I, so its easier to go to a club and even paying £30 as a couple is cheaper than a hotel room |

We have been to a few clubs, mainly as a couple but sometime Melv (m) on his own. We wanted to point this out before we add the next bit:
Swingers clubs from what we have experienced are run by incredibly well meaning people, who go through incredible challenges to keep the clubs open and to provide a fantastic venue for all of us to have a great time. We do not see any of them 'milking' people and forcing them to come.
Given the demographics, many more men than couples and women, it is not surprising that single guys pay more. We all have choices about whether we go or not, some go often, some only rarely.
The owners deserve a return of some sort and on the basis of supply and demand the balance in the clubs needs to be managed, so price has to be the simplest and least discriminatory approach. It then leaves people to choose themselves whether they go or not, as often as they can do achieve it...
Thank you to the club owners! In a non-sycophantic way!! |

As a single guy .....I balance up the price with the following :
Day of week I'm going if event or regular
Opening and closing times
Club reputation
Entry price
But as a general rule ...nothing over £40 ..but would consider going as high as £50 . |

This has got to be the most interesting real thread I have read since joining fab.
I have been curious and interested in attending a club but have been partly put of by stories ive heard with regard to high prices for single guys. To be honest, that's not the only reason as im also shit scared to pluck the courage and enter a club alone.
There have been some great replies to this particular thread thus far, looking forward to reading more |

Same reason. Same price. You should open your swinger club |

We've paid 60 quid including membership to a club which was worth every penny for the standard of cleanliness and service provided along with superb facilities. That's what we pay for on any night out...anything else is up to us...and we've paid much less for the same..
We've also been to some complete shit holes and paid almost the same...guess which ones we've been back to? Paying for the first time no matter what the cost is always a gamble...it's whether you give a good enough service to merit a second, third and more visits... |

How much do you think a swinger should pay?"
It's like asking how much do you think a driver should pay a mechanic by the hour to fix his car. You can go to main dealers, high street chains or back street garages. Or you can tinker at home and have a go yourself.
I'm happy at the clubs I go to and when I look to play there's nothing more unattractive than a man who's whinging, there but unhappy with the price or putting pressure on others because of it. I like attractive people and I don't mean visually |

Never been to a club, dying to go but not sure I want to go alone.
think it was amores? That has a newbie night were the 1st couple of hours you can stay dressed and meet a few people without paying. Then if you want to use the club after the set time you pay €50 as a single guy.
The money isn't the problem it's that ladies and couples are so much less.
Would u pay the €50? Maybe. I'm gonna brave it in two weeks time! |
