ive always wanted to try out going to a club (townhouse being the nearest) but I'm absolutely petrified of going and bumping into someone I know like a family member or work colleague, anyone ever had anything like this?

Yes. We acknowledged each other then went about our business separately. We were both their car the same reason so there was no issue really.

Totally agree with Evie, everyone is there for the same thing, so you shouldn't feel anything other than pleased that you've got something in common.
