I'm travelling down to London on Wednesday as I have a meeting on Thursday morning. I'm thinking of going to Kestrels on Wednesday afternoon and sticking around for abfabs on the night.
Would Wednesday be a good day for my first visit? I've been to plenty of other clubs but never tried here. If there is anyone that would like to come along with me to show me around then even better.  |

This Wednesday, assuming the forecast is accurate and hence it is warm and sunny all day, it will be popular during the day and hence OK in the evening but possibly a little quieter.
Going for daytime and evening does give you the advantage of not having to rush but to be laid back which I think pays dividends as some people there do not play till the evening but then only with people they have met during the day.
Wednesday is not their busiest day but it does have a nice chilled vibe that makes for some nice impromptu scenes. |

Hopefully taking a lady friend for her first visit...will probably just play together....but I prefer Wednesdays to most days...all a personal pref |

I have to say that's I have found Wednesday evenings to be a good and more relaxed event. Can't comment on the days but I would guess it's quite weather dependant |

I've been during the day. It varies greatly as to how many people are there. I actually prefer it during the day to the evening. I find people are friendlier during the day.
