Head to Birmingham to the dedicated fetish clubs. The fetish events at Liberty Elite left a lot to be desired last time I went.

You'd be better of joining a dedicated site and seeking out the local, private events in Leicestershire.

Libertys is a swingers club and has some well attended fetish events but it really depends on what you are interested in as to whether you'd find it suitable or not. I would describe their BDSM events as 'mainstream'.
