So the invite usually says;

Ladies sexy dress or Dress to impress. Gents smart casual.

Call me picky but smart casual DOESN'T have to mean jeans and a tee shirt! !!!

If I've made the effort, why haven't you??....

Most women like a man in uniform or a suit.....or just smart!!......you'll get more action in smart trousers and a shirt......

To be honest dressing up is a bit pointless for us ladies....cos if we just turned up in lingerie we'd get laid anyway!!!.....but seriously guys, make the effort or even AN effort.

I always wear a shirt and trousers, occasionally I put on a waist coat. Never really gone the whole suit.

But hate seeing lazy fella's in jeans and t shirt.

I would class smart casual as jeans and a shirt to be honest a pair of suit pants ain't casual

Totally agree with guys being a bit too casual, but also hate to have to dress to impress myself. Okay I don't wear sweats to parties, a little black tshirt dress is enough for me.

Near Edinburgh..

Hubby has Worn Jeans and a white T-shirt all his life !!!

We have been together for almost 30 years !!!

once at a Wedding not(OURS) - He wore The Full Kilt Suit.. for a few hours..

Once at a Funeral - He wore a Suit.. for a few hours..

Would Hate to take him to a swingers club !!
