When do most people get there? Is it a super late night / early morning type of deal or do people get there before 11?

"When do most people get there? Is it a super late night / early morning type of deal or do people get there before 11?"

People arrive from opening time @ 21:30 and arrive at anytime.

With it being such a large place it rarely feels overly busy, always some action going on somewhere
