Newbies at The Attic..

We're ready for our first tentative outing to a club, and are thinking of checking out The Attic on Saturday.
What time would you suggest nervous newbies go? Early when it might be quiet so we can check it out before it fills up, or later when it's busy so we can sneak around without sticking out like a sore thumb?

When we first went we got there early so we could settle in a bit have a walk around and drink, I was so nervous I was shaking so quite glad we got there early as half the night I was too nervous to even stand lol
but we settled in had drink n sat n chatted with each other n relaxed after a while and its really friendly there x |

Why would they need good luck. It's a good club.. clean and friendly anf got amazing facilities.
We have been to Many clubs and the only reason we no longer go are personal ones that prevent it.

Why would they need good luck. It's a good club.. clean and friendly anf got amazing facilities.

Well we wish we could still go as from where are its the best club near to us.
But I'm sure the op can make up their own minds. I am sure they will have a good night |

It's okay, we've read enough to know it seems to be a bit like Marmite, but I happen to love Marmite 
It's always good to hear both sides, so that one can be prepared for the worst, though always expecting the best. We wouldn't be here if we weren't prepared to push our boundaries and try stuff for the first time.
Afterall, what's the worst that can happen?

I can imagine cause I felt scared shitless, ron on other was fine n dandy loving every minute where I just wanted to be sick with nerves lol
we are going on saturday, if you see us say hi we can chat and have a drink to calm your nerves lol x

Technically I think they're always open to single men, though I think there may be some new rules lately and they advise phoning (check the website in the reviews section)
But I know what you mean about having someone to go with. |

the club is fantastic in my opinion...very friendly and non pushy, people always show respect or they get shown the door .
Myself and nef are there every week and wouldnt go anywhere else to be honest.
Slighty biased because we run the website but that is my honest opinion.
As always with any club make up your own mind, but i am sure you will be back
have fun all ! |

We went for our first visit 2 weeks ago. I think we got there around 8:30 ish. Seemed like a good time to go as we got the tour from ron out of the way before too many people were there.
we'll be there again on Saturday for our second visit. Feel free to say hello.
Everyone we spoke to on our first visit was lovely, really friendly and welcoming.

We were same as you found them all very friendly and feel free to ask questions Ron a lovely bloke staff are helpful and all we meet their(made some very good friends) are open and friendly we went first time at 8 had chance to have a good look round to see if it was for us and we still keep going back for more lol

Well I don't like marmite but I do like the attic, like others have said I too think it's a good starter for 10
It's a very relaxed club and the patrons I find a usually friendly and always up for a laugh
I kind of wish I could go tonight but I have friends birthday meal to go to |

Thanks everyone, Mrs ddc will probably be wearing the burgundy dress and shoes in some of our pics.(Still considering putting a post-it note saying DDC on her back when she's not looking)
Despite all the advice to bring the proper protection, I probably won't be rocking my 'hi-viz and hard hat' look, but boring black trousers. Apologies in advance for my laugh, but that will be how you'll know it's us!

Just a quick note to thank everyone who welcomed us tonight, who set our minds at ease and helped us settle in.
We both had a really great time, and absolutely loved it.
We promise we'll try and do a few personal messages tomorrow just as soon as we've worked out who you all were!
