Having looked at the case I think their days are now numbered and they will have to comply with the enforcement notice. They gave it a good go and I take my hat off to them. It could not have been cheap to fight, but I can not see what legal grounds they have left to take it further. Enjoy the place while you still can.

Just think of it as if you wanted to extend put loads of sheds up the out look would have been swifter get them down and no planning permission

In this case its just greed it is a shame as we all paid membership and nothing else around apart from Kent and you would not want to go in the woods there lol.
