due to us extending the club to make way for future events which increases the footfall we have to now go through the proper channels to ensure the building is safe to accommodate. As everyone will be aware we won our appeal last year to trade and decided to expand into the building next door. We would not extend if we felt it wasn't needed. I, Kathrine, didn't realise that phasing it out would have been a better option so therefore we need to close for a few weeks to ensure the safety of all of our members. Vivente is growing in numbers week on week so rest assured we are here to stay but red tape dictates our decisions. And safety is paramount for guests and staff. we do not want rumours or hearsay therefore we will keep our members and potential customers fully updated with progress.
And Dave and I get what we consider a well deserved family, social, chill time...bonus..lol x

Thanks guys. We are working with the fire brigade on this and going with their advice, but of course the local papers are now going to run a story on this and over exaggerate the facts. They love swingers clubs the media  |

Just read the Echo article and gotta say I love this line;
"Swinging, where couples swap sexual partners, is not illegal."
Were there actually people out there thinking it was? I would understand if they says 'swingers clubs are not illegal' which I imagine some people would think they are but no, apparently some people thought the whole thing was =P |
