Well, with all the discussions raising doubts about club reviews, I feel it's stupid to trust any of the reviews. The last time we went to New Liaison, it was very very friendly and we had good laughs (even if D had to translate some jokes for me!) But we though it was really not a nice place for playing. Also I saw several single guys with their telephones... We decided never to go back but I see their reviews are glowing! How come?  |

Perhaps the club has gone past its sell by date. They never advertise and no longer get honest positive reviews on the forums.
Lots of great clubs nearby that do a much better job. Why have cheap burgers when u can have steak? |

We have mailed this lovely couple but alas they haven't replied . We are all for freedom of speech but when we noticed the thread we were a little bemused because according to our records this very nice couples visit was way back in dec 2013 some time has passed before airing their issues . As in the thread says we were all very friendly and they enjoyed the atmosphere we can't imagine why they didn't approach us on the evening with their grievances, we at all times want our customers to be happy and we can't help if you don't voice your opinions to us at the time of your visit .
We wish you the very best of swinging times but please in the future you have a problem at any other club please do say something on the night because us club owners can't please every one nor are we mind readers .
As for the second poster on this thread who has strong connections with the other club in Rochdale and should be taken with a pinch of salt . New Liaisons club will not engage in dirty tactics or bad mouthing we are better than that and you are simply showing yourself to be a lower form . we wish our fellow Rochdale club the very best and indeed every other club in the north west  |

If we wanted to discuss things directly with the club we would have mailed you directly. We are very annoyed about your private messages. The whole idea of forum is to ask opinions of others. So thank you for replying here. Best regards. |

Our sincere apologies we hadn't realised this upset you as on the bottom of your thread it does give options of replying privately or on the forum .

If you are passing judgement on a business I think said business should have the right of reply as your views may impact negatively on them or could expose an issue which they would like to follow up and resolve for future guests.
I don't think a private message was out of order at all. As opposed to having it out on a forum thread.
