Some people like and some people hate..... It's personal opinion and where you go that makes your mind up for you.... Most other places are bigger and more impressive but that doesn't always mean friendlier. You don't have to walk 20ft to the other side of the room to a couple who may not even speak to you.
Personal opinion, we have visited most clubs in the northwest and find Adam and eves the best club, there is more respect as its a non cliquey club and everyone will make the effort to speak to you.
As for men wanking around the tv..... You get that anywhere but that doesn't always happen!
We have been going there for a year now so can give a honest opinion about it.... If you want to hear one instead of listening to gossip |

I was going you either love it or hate it!
but it's wasn't where I was going. clubs are only good as there clientel. And sometimes a club doesn't meet up with peoples expectations and don't get out of there night what they expect. |

I've heard about the refurb. Someone made comment to me in another club that the work you've had done looks great. The fish tank was just installed when I went. |

Surely a hidden profile has no bearing of whether someone has an opinion of a club or not. |

to be honest we have been swinging for a long time and when people ask our opinion about clubs our advice is always to say try it for yourself
because what one person likes another may not and vice versa so always try places for yourself then you will have your own choice and opinion and not have to listen to others x |

Have to agree with this! Can we remember please that not every club is for everyone? When I visited a year ago it definitely wasn't for me - though I frequent pretty much every club in the north west. Horses for courses I know - but I definitely wouldn't go again unless it had a top-to toe refurb!
And please don't presume to tell me that my opinion is invalid for any reason. Anyone has a right not to like something/somewhere! X |

Work there on a Thursday night and also customers the rest of the time. In fact we are headed off there tonight to hopefully have a play.
We do now have a fishtank a very nice one above the jacuzzi and rooms are being refurbed, making it lighter and more inviting. It's getting done bit by bit by our very talented team

We stuck to what we knew qhich was cupids, its a club me n the other half love, weve tried amour and no3 both are good but its just personal preference for cupids... In time we will try Adam and Eves everywhere deserves a try? Xx |

You will never know if you don't try people like different things, its not the biggest or best club but we love it.
Great staff, friendly customers and we always have fun wherever we go, hope you do too. |

If you want a club where everyone wants to have a good social and laid back feel Adam and eves is great. I have been here several times and mostly not played due to there not always being the right connection (both ways) but have always enjoyed the experience chatting to others in the club. Yes there can be a lot of single guys in there but other clubs cater for couples only or restricted numbers if not looking for the single male. Despite there sometimes being a greater ratio of men to couples the guys who attend are swingers and therefore understand the etequete and staff are very clear and pushy behaviour is dealt with.

You're doing your favourite club no favours. I can understand you wanting to express your support and give across your opinions of how you enjoy yourself there but the way you are attacking people on this thread, makes me not want to go to a venue where you'd be. |

I've seen the website, that's enough for me to base a decision on, to not go. It's the only club, when ever mentioned, is tagged with - dirty, old and rude people, as you are so eloquently demonstrating. I have also heard on more than one occasion, the mention of staff being paid to fuck punters. Maybe this is reason for its popularity, with mature men, maybe they just like the dirty Dutch sauna look...
Either way, I'd not step foot in the place. I've been to plenty of clubs and found them all great, for various reasons, but none have been superseded with filthy remarks like this place does.
As the saying goes...you can cover a turd in glitter, but its still shit.  |

I started going to this clubs years ago as a single male.I have had many great nights there met some fantastic people who have become great friends.Now as a couple and my partner and I like the social as well as the fun side we still love the place.The members and staff are brilliant,people actually talk and chill out.Yes it smaller than most clubs but in our opinion that's not a bad thing.There are still plenty of places to play.The refurb is looking great cant wait to see it finished.I would say don't judge until you have visited for yourselves.If its not for you move on to another club.We have been to a lot of clubs but found this one to be the most friendly. |

We got several abusive and vaguely threatening PMs after our review on the club in question.
In our opinion, there are cleaner, more hygienic clubs in the area. |

The worst club experience ever. So smelly that we ended up in smoking area as the least disgusting place! We have tried almost all Greater Manchester clubs, some are not as great as others, but this was a nightmare. The problem is that all (almost all) positive reviews come from people who work there...This is a complete scam. Sorry! just need to let it out. |

The assessment that there are better and more modern clubs in the area is the correct one and not factually inaccurate and to direct abuse to someone who says otherwise is uncalled for.
This doesn't mean Adam and Eves isn't without its fans, some people don't like change and like the old school style of things, where basic is all you need.
Those people use to other clubs elsewhere will find the venue very old hat. Its not for us, but goto the reviews and read the lot for a more balanced overview. |

Some 25 years ago, it was small, seedy,(a massage parlour by day), but one hell of a lot of fun,I think on Wednesday nights and weekends. You didn't talk of swinging then, and there was little competition.
I last went about 5 years ago,little had changed,same prehistoric big box televisions,same musty damp smelling cellar playrooms.
Unloved and run down.
Left behind really.
Today I don't expect to have to go to a grotty run down part of town, with burnt out pubs and boarded up shops when facilities are so much better elsewhere.
That was as I said 5 years ago, or so, and alot may have changed.
Good luck with the refurbishment.
I've had alot of fun in the past at the Adam and Eve. Met some lovely people, and the Internet hadn't been invented.
It was a pioneer, when nothing like Fab existed.
They should award it with a blue plaque, as one of the first swingers clubs.
Somehow it remained open when so many others have closed,and many were raided by the Police. Can you imagine that today?

After starting this thread is have received numerous messages bybpeople telling me how great Adam and Eve is and how crappie cupids is... This to me is only ringing alarm bells because I go regularly to cupids and have found it great every time... I'm still to visit Adam and Eves but am reluctant due to the amount of messages slaggin other clubs... |

Cupids personally we love no3 was okay just a little small inside, but was clean and the staff were brilliant... Something just pushes us away from Adam and Eves... Iv even drove there with all intentions of going in but after sitting outside decided against... I'm sure it's each to their own everyone has different opinions but I can't understand how anyone can say cupids is one of the worst clubs... It's unreal  |

The only person who can make a decision about what a club is like is you. I may hate a club but someone else would love it, which is why I never leave a horrendous review for a club. There's something out there for everyone |
