We have just got back from La Mirage today and WOW! We had an amazing time. Not only have you got La Mirage with its facilities but you have the dunes during the day. Then when the evening comes there are the swingers bars and clubs. Amazing holiday but that's just our view. Hope it helps.xx. |

Very different experiences. La Mirage is a complex of bungalows set up for swinging couples. The immediate area around and generally is vanilla aside from the fact that there is a nude beach a walk away and a number of good swingers clubs a taxi ride away. Gran Canaria generally and La Mirage particularly are great places to go September through May when most of Northern Europe is pretty chilly.
Cap d'Agde is an entire town, part of which is sectioned off as the Naturist Quarter. Imagine hundreds and hundreds of hotel rooms and apartments occupied by Swingers!
In recent years July and August have seen the resort almost virtually taken over by swingers with literally thousands of swingers descending on the town. It is quite literally the adult playground of the world. The foam parties and pool parties can attract 1,000 people at each event and the beach is..... Well, something else. Having said all of that you would not want to go to Cap d'Agde before June or after the middle of September. There are probably only 8-10 really peak weeks but in that time it is planet fantasy. |
