I've always wanted to try one. Has anyone got any recommendations for any in Bournemouth. Do you have to just walk about naked? Or can you stay in shorts etc.

Paradise health spa, friendly and sometimes quite active. everyone gets a towel but not necessary to wear it. some of the regulars just carry over the shoulder. good fun, just give it a whirl.
