It's okay. You can join on the night. Simply make sure that yu have the right ID (for each of you) ID must include your name and current home address. So a Drivers License, Utility Bill, Bank Letter etc would be ideal. Regular Personal mail wouldn't.
We open at 7pm on the night . . . Don't frget the ID we won't admit you without it.
