Clubs have been tryed in and around brighton and dont get us wrong we would love a club in brighton but thay never stay open for long you will need a lot of money to buy or rent a house big enough for a good party |

Sorry to say but the fet scene is not that great in Brighton either. Another fetish club closed it's doors this year and that was only because of lack of people attending. As has been said before it take a large amount of money to set up a decent club and on top of that it takes the right kind of people to run it.. |

I was told earlier thus week that there is a swing friendly hotel in Brighton which looks rather interesting .
Apparently it has some intereresting facilities and I plan to investigate further! |

Not what we've found at all, lively fun munches, a great set of people, bars and a club. Loads of events. In fact, compared to many places we've lived it's positively fantastic. |

I used to be on another site a few years back (S_D_C) and there were always private house/mansion parties in and around Crawley so not too far from Brighton. Are these not around anymore?
I agree Brighton would be a great location and I am shocked there isn't one going. I have looked into setting up a club before but the money needed for investment is way too much.

Although not a club, I believe Underground123 will be hosting a mid weekly monthly event called club naughtiness for Swingers in Brighton in 2015. But as I dont live in Brighton, may be local fab members could share other events. |

It has nothing to do with money it has to do with Brighton and Hove council every offer put forward for licensing in the last few years has been turned down
I know of a guy that that paid out 3k in planning had venue and more then enough money they said no after 8weeks of talks
