We were looking into it, but feel the pricing structure may not have been fully thought through...We may try it at a later date after feedback from others... |

It's only 10 mins from us so we have to try it, plus if everyone waits until it's established it may never get going.
I'd say give it a go, tell them your thoughts on the pricing and give them feedback on what they could change and just maybe it could turn out to be really good venue |

We've had messages back. Don't know prices yet but happy to pay a bit more than norm (esp if it's a good night). When you weigh everything up (travelling to one of the other clubs) for couples say £15 membership £25 entry, drinks and for us around £25 in petrol - we'd be spending around £80 and having an hour and a half drive each way.
A club in Lincoln would mean no rushing, travelling when tired and if it's really close getting a taxi and both being able to have a drink.
We await with baited breath haha |

I don't want to hijack this thread but we have a 'sort of club' up here that is really a gay gym/sauna and turns into a swingers club  on 1 day a month and they have a no single guy rule. Guess why I have never been?
I never see the point of this, ok I understand it from a couples point of view to an extent, but what about us straight females? Why on earth would we want to attend? Just my 2p worth and why some clubs are not as popular as others! |

It's not going to be exclusively for couples. Just the opening night. There will be other events such as greedy girl nights apparently...single guys will be able to go but will be heavily vetted according to the information we have been given by the owner. |

We don't look to meet them, so it suits us...its not our club and we don't dictate their policy. I think there's been such a dearth of opportunities in the area it will be something people will want to try. How it takes off or it's membership isn't anything to do with us except as customers... |

As far as I'm aware the greedy girls night won't be couples only. You're right, that wouldn't work. As far as we can see from the information we've been sent, only the opening night is couples only |

That's what I said though, I understand the opening night being couples only but I don't think it is right for a club to pick and choose it's clientele such as Greedy Girls and boosting their profits that way! You either entertain all, albeit limit numbers or have one or the other, I know you are not the club owners, so I am not directing this at you, it's just my opinion from an area of the country who does not have the luxury to visit these clubs that often, so if/when I did have the chance I wouldn't want to have my options limited x |

We've known the guys running this new party for a long time, they know the scene really well and from what we've been told we can only imagine that it will be a classy, professionally run venture, sounds like Lincoln has just struck lucky! |

At the end of the day it's up to them who they allow through the door, we have been to clubs and seen some guys that just don't look right at those places, they think it's just a opertunity to get free sex and think it's just handed to them on a plate.. Not the case usually |

I don't know what the vetting criteria will be, why don't you ask the person who will be running it? But then, as you won't be going, I guess it's immaterial... |

One thing i dont had is any problems getting a single woman to go with me, it was said tongue in cheek tbh, i know Paula, from me visits over to the No3 club in Chorley.
I was just asking the vetting process as you seem to know quite a bit about whats happening there tbh.
And yes your right, i wont be going, any club were the owners decide on there clientele because because there the wrong sex is not a place for me |

We have also known the owners for some time and can confirm that East Midlands will get a party venue to be proud of because these guys are very professional, elegant and classy. Therefore La Maison will no doubt be run professionally.
Those upset about the small things you have to remember that with any establishment the management have the right to choose how they want to run it.
All the details are on the website and soon will be in the clubs section so let's all get behind La Maison and support it !!! Your lucky to have a party venue like this on your doorstep.
We'll deffo be there and looking forward to checking out this exciting new place - bring on the adventures WHOOP WHOOP!!! Xx

We will certainly be there on Sat night, and have a local hotel booked already.
We were lucky enough to meet the people who are organising/running the venue at a small party several months ago.
If this is half the place they described to us then it will be fantastic and the locals have really struck lucky gold.
Yes the prices maybe slightly higher than the other places in the North...... But value is different to price.
We dont want to have to drive to Liberty Elite or VA for a decent clean venue, run professionally rather than on a shoestring, catering for the "I'll only pay £20 brigade".
If any business sells on price they attract customers who buy on price ......we prefer to buy on value and service, so want our clubs to sell on it.

Venue confirmed after booking, but 15 mins south of Lincoln.
Single guys are allowed, just not first night.

For all the whining single guys...most clubs have cpls only nights.
As most cpls want to meet other cpls... And frankly from our experiences in clubs where single guys nights are on, a lot of single guys assume 'I've paid so I am entitled to a shag'
Now, that said. If you read our profile we like single guys( the few decent ones).
However, in a club we prefer cpls and a selection of vetted and decent single guys... NOT any idiot with £20 in his pocket and no clue on Swinging....
If you don't like it... Build a Bridge... Then Get over it!  |

The price details are sent when you book to go.
It's up to any club who they let in and as it's a COUPLES ONLY NIGHT then obviously no single guys. Read the whole thread and look on the website, both clearly state that guys will be allowed in at a later date.
Here's what I found on the site after looking
Plans for 2015 January onwards
We will be hosting two main parties on the first (couples and single females)and 3rd (mixed party limited to max of 10 single men) Saturdays of the month.
In addition there will be also be a Fetish party and greedy girl event (to be confirmed) depending on demand from time to time. |

Think you'll find that overnight stay and breakfast are included in the £55 entrance fee, (if you want it) as well as no need to rush off on the Sunday if you don't want to. All got to be good news, no worry of drink-driving, no clock watching for kick out time, no additional hotel bill. You could easily spend the entrance fee on taxi and accommodation going elsewhere! |

Okay - to answer my own question (I sent a pm to Decadent Fella :D) - you can crash and burn - lol - plenty of space to sleep, and yes they do provide breakfast too

I have known the guys who are opening this venue for a long time now, they know the scene inside out. When I visited the venue, I loved it, I would call classy, not your average type of place... The decor is amazing and I for one will enjoy going to their parties, as they are just amazing.
All you single guys moaning, get yourself a FB and go! Haha

I'm just sat in La Maison, with Victoria, the open fire is blazing in the Moulin Rouge Dance room, now I've seen it all finished and ready to party tomorrow, I can only say it's going to rock.

And only finding it Thursday afternoon from reading someone's profile
This as surprised so many from around the area off Lincolnshire is the lack of advertisement this new club.

Just back to our hotel ..... It's 0330am. The party was still going strong when we had to leave. The guys running the place have done an awesome job.
The house is great with a good balance of meeting/chatting space but more than enough playrooms and areas. The option to stay over was taken by a significant portion of the guests so anyone worried by travel or drinking should be more than satisfied.
If anyone wants a more detailed appraisal or review pm us, we'll be happy to oblige.

Several of our existing friends, and also a couple of new people had seen that we intended to go last night and asked for our thoughts.....
Here's a very slightly edited (cut/paste) of what we sent them. Hopefully it gives an idea from a guests point of view
"It was very good, it's in a large private house, but certainly not in a built up area.......completely the opposite, to the tune that at 9pm in December you start to wonder how much further down this private road is it
From the beginning.........met by someone directing parking based on whether you intend to leave after the party or crash overnight.
Entry then is into kitchen where they take the fees and store the drinks that get served back to you by their barman. Bring your own alcohol, soft drinks a quid, then directed to a cloakroom to leave coats.
We then got the tour.......
Kitchen & 2 other rooms on that floor, one loud with a dance area.....one much more chilled.......dungeon downstairs in the cellar.
Upstairs 5 playrooms, different sizes and configurations. Multiple beds, veiled beds....low beds, higher beds, floor mattresses.....a very good selection. Think some were lockable, not sure though....we never look to close or lock doors ...... for sure there's a massive amount of playing space.
As for numbers I reckon there were 35-40ish couples, a few like us who knew Vicky but mostly new to us and them....overall an excellent crowd.
We were very happy, and will definately return, not just because we knew of the project......which is why we wanted to support the initial party.......but because it's good!" |

Very good indeed was one of the best club nights we had, set in a secluded mansion all floors had rooms with a different theme . Great hosts good buffet and lots of sexy folk. Good look with the new venture

Attended the grand opening party at La Maison on Saturday. Wow what can I say... Fantastic host/hostess amazing venue with a thought for everyone and the most perfect atmosphere. A new local club but with the most intimate surroundings making you feel so at home. Enough play rooms to cater for all including a dungeon. Put it this way I didn't leave until lunchtime Sunday. Breakfast was on offer so I lapped up more cream lol. I will definitely be a regular and won't miss a night there unless I have to. A massive thank you for a wonderful pleasurable evening... and morning xx |
