We are thinking of taking the plunge (no pun intended!!) and going to va on 21st nov. Will be our first club and never had a meet! Eek! Think good place to start?? And theme night- cabaret, would you say this is same as burlesque?? Always wanted to dress up in this theme! So nervous but excited! Any tips? Worried bout pushy men, this been a problem with anyone?? (Can't do sat) Anyone else going that night  |

Definitely, don't miss the chance. Burlesque yes, but anything else Cabernet too, think Vegas showgirls, ladies in tails, sequinned evening dresses - anything goes there .
Will be there hopefully so come say Hi, but it's a really friendly fun place you'll find friends

Forgot to say, no pushy men & the owners & staff will look after you we'll & show you around. Don't be nervous, just enjoy it as a fun nite out & if you are happy to play then do, if not just party with like minded people & enjoy yourselves  |

I will be taking the plunge on the 7th for a social, It will be my first club visit and as am staying over what time is it best to go into the club/play area |

It depends on the night but Id say 9 - 9.30 starts getting busy. We went down at 8.30 last time, it was quiet bit still a few there. |

Generally visitors socialise in the bar and lounge areas until about 10.30 when the buffet comes out. After that people drift down to the massive hot tub where the socialising continues. What happens after is up to those present. Every Friday is different which makes it quite interesting not knowing what to expect. |

Not sure we can make it but I am sure you will love it.
We went to the VA on our first club visit, loved it and made very welcome. Did not play that night but felt very sexy and staying over made it a lovely night

Else where. On their site the FAQ section says what if their hotel is full and list local ones. All good prices we thought x |

Nothing to be scary about. VA's is a really great place and everyone is so friendly. Friday 21st will be the start of the Cabaret Weekend and hopefully a good number of visitors. What a night to start your first VA experience! |
