If I were to take the plunge and actually build a new club from the ground up (Seriously, I can and might)
What particular features draws you to a club?
Price
Facilities
Themes
Parking
Privacy etc.
Location will be Doncaster and my architect will begin designs in October ready to submit by November |

Good luck... For us it's social areas and wet areas along with well thought out play areas.
Visit the popular clubs and see what is most used... Read the club reviews for anywhere that could be competition and whatever you do don't see other clubs as your enemy.
See too many clubs with rivalry that just gets out of hand |
