I have a female friend coming down to visit me for some fun with others in a few weeks and I havent been to any clubs since moving to London (I was a member at La Chambre in Sheffield) but I am thinking about heading to Ab Fabs tomorrow to check it out in advance. Any advice?
Is it even open on a Tuesday?
What time does it open?
How busy is it?
What age groups go?
Will I be ok as a single guy?

Is that the one that's Kestrels during the day?
If so, I've only been once. They have a wicked heated swimming pool. I was overjoyed to be able to skinny dip. I would go there every day just to swim if I lived nearer.

As far as I know you can go during the day @ Kestrels and then stay on into the evening when it turns into Ab Fabs. I think this is the case most nights apart from party nights Friday / Saturday & the odd Thursday night when the venue is used by City Slickers.
I've only been during the day on a Tuesday & it is generally the quieter day, not sure if it picks up at night. |

For the benefit of others as well as the OP
Kestrals is the name of this venue in the daytime. It opens 7 days a week at 10.30 am. It is a naturist venue, no clothing beyond a wrap or perhaps a robe and slippers. Monday to Wednesday at 6pm the house opens and the venue expands to be AbFabs, Kestrals attendees can stay on for no extra fee until it closes at Midnight. Thursday to Sunday Kestrals closes at 8pm. Friday at Saturday nights there are then AbFab parties from 9pm till at least 3am that require a new sizeable entrance fee to be paid. See website for exact details. |
