We going to club tonight.
Third club visit but first time with the intention of playing.
First visit was just a recce. Second a social.
Tonight we fully expect that at the least we will play for others to watch.
But really just wanted any advice from experienced couples / fems and indeed males
Any advice at all greatly appreciated.
We are a fairly quiet couple not pushy.
The club is probably going to have a fair few single guy's.
While jools plans to entertain and be entertained by one or more chaps
In our own time how do we tell guy's no without being rude or putting them off all together.
Mainly we would like to play with a couple.
So any advice no matter how small world be great.
Many thanks.

A simple no thanks or shake of the head has seen us through ok. Never had any of them get the hump and you can bet it won't put them off if you change your mind. |

I've found that men ask me first if they can play & I either say yes or no thank you. I haven't had any bad reactions from the ones I've said no to.
The best piece of advice I've had, which I read on a club website, was that if you're not interested a simple "no thank you" will suffice. Offering an explanation as to why is what can cause hurt or offence. |
