I am thinking about visiting Chams for the first te soon. As a straight female who will be on her own and visiting during the daytime can anyone please recommend which weekday would be best ?

If your going in the daytime it is quite. I went on a Thursday and there wasn't much talent.
I have also been on a Friday and and it was a bit busier.
I also look to see who has club meets posted to give a idea of who might be going.
