Hi there I think you are limiting yourselves to Saturday nights only, as I'm not aware of many clubs that limit attendance in that way, on any other night. Even then, some of them have limited singles (often known and/or vetted) and in our experience these work well enough to be grouped in with couples only nights. From your profile I can see you are close to us, so your London options would point you at OurPlace4Fun near Crystal Palace, on any Saturday night. It's a good club I can vouch for anytime, and you will often find plenty of other young couples there, so you won't be alone. They also do a couples only night, once a month on a Thursday, we have never been to this night but imagine it will be a quieter night than a Saturday and 'will do what it says on the tin!' 
If you can travel, AbFabs near Heathrow is very good on a Saturday, it's couples and some single girls (but they are rare everywhere!) and has a good age range so you should fit in more easily.
The Hellfire club's another option and similar to above.
There are a few specialist central London party nights that move about, and have a 'filtered' guest list, but they can be elitist (and expensive!), you will have to do you own research here.
There are some 'house' based party nights in and around London, you can see them advertised in the Events section here on Fab's, I suggest you browse them, look at what they claim to be, check the reviews, and see how you feel.
If you can travel out, and want to make a night away out of it, you could try the Vanilla Alternative , which is on the A1 north out of London, and book a room for the night too.
I don't want to get flamed by saying where not to go (and there are a few) but it is mostly a preference thing anyway, as there is something for everyone.
