We went last week midweek, quieter but a lot of fun

Just to add, although quieter, they can be even more fun than normal. Because there's a few of us here, people tend to make the effort to start chatting and getting to know each other, rather than stand around waiting for fun to begin as many do on Fri/Sat. It actually creates a cosy atmosphere where new friendships can be found very quickly
