That depends pretty much for what reason you are going there for. Rios is not a swinger club as such but a naturist club 
It is clean, the facilities are excellent, it's probably one of the best places in London where you can have a proper sauna with a cold pool to immerse yourself afterwards (as it should be) it offers a 'real" massage a relaxation area and a larger pool for a swim as well as a large jacuzzi (for 15/20 people) and two others jacuzzis for 8 people for socialising as well as a Turkish bath.
As well as the above mentioned facilities (which are excellent) there is provision of lockable rooms for your pleasure, one the ground floor for anyone use on the first floor for couples only. Such rooms are very basic but do serve the purpose if you get lucky.
So once again all depends on the reason why you go there and pretty much who is going to be there on the day! If you enjoy a good sauna, a massage and socialising with the possibility to find someone to hide away with in one of the lockable rooms I would recommend it but if you are only going for the latter you might get disappointed!
