Yesterday I posted a very honest review about a club I had recently visited. It was defended quite rudely by someone who thought that my comments were pure fabrication. Who were obviously the clubs owners.
Are we not allowed Free Speech anymore? If something was pointed out as a fault on Trip Advisor. The management would apologise and rectify the problem.
These 2 comments were made by the same person with several identities... I'm not naming names.... You have been rumbled! |

You probably posted your opinion, which is fine, but there are 2 sides to every story, if you felt strongly that something was wrong, the time to complain was when you were at the club, moaning on a public thread doesn't help anyone, it just looks like sour grapes. |

The 'club review' should be renamed 'playground'
Its been bad for years and abuse spills out in pm and the forums all to often.
It's usually the same people over and over, hence why requests to limit the number of reviews one person leaves is so often asked for.
Let them squabble and just know you wont go again |

If its a honest review and the critcism its made in an intelligent and thoughtful way (ie not just 'it were crap, no one talked to us') or something like that, then you should be able to post your review without risk of getting hassle from other members.
We've had it before, probably more than most, because people know generally our reviews are very honest and accurate.
But keep it as impartial as possible and don't get in to tit for tat arguments with people.
You should always try and complain on the night if your upset about something, so you give the club the chance to address the issue or compensate you in someway, however we fully accept that sometimes this is not something everyone wants to do and people would just rather leave.
A club failing to spot problems can be just as bad as not addressing existing ones in the first place. The best clubs will always take on board any reasonable critism they receive, they are after all there to improve and provide you, the customer with a service your happy with. This is good for you, and its good for them. |

We tend not to leave negative reviews because it's not generally the clubs fault that we've had a not so good night, but if the club is outstanding and we've had a good time then we leave a positive one |
