There's often a few clubs open on Christmas Eve though you'll probably find a few open but you'll need to check the clubs in the area your likely to be in. For example a club open in London may not be of much use if your staying on Oban.
As for Christmas Day itself based on orevious years I'd say its a definate no. The clubs tend to gear up for New Year's Eve parties and leave Xmas day to family time.
