Can You tell me what you would like from your Club.The best will get you in free for life, Honest.I would hope to open in April. It is 5min from Jun 24 M62. Would you keep it to Couples as I have seen how Singles Guys behave and it put me off.So what would you want and I will take note. Regards Salmah. |

Would never be interested in a club that didn't cater for single girls and single guys.
I know a lot of single guys who go to clubs and behave impeccably.
If they don't then they don't get a second chance in the club I attend

Think its worth thinking again about single guys. You could have guys vetted at social events, either way you would need their revnue to keep your doors open. Plus it would seem that it would put some off if you banned them  |

I think a couples only night has its place, but there is a lot of competition on saturdays so maybe a friday or sunday for that may be a good idea, alternatively have an area that is for couples only so they can escape and play without attracting unwanted wandering hands.
With the best will in the world, while the vast majority of single blokes are great it only takes on bad apple to spoil the evening of not just one couple but many, which in turn can reflect on whether or not they decide to return to that club. or how often they will go.
Despite the vociferous minority on the forums (mostly single) the majority of couples that actually go to the clubs couldnt care a less about the singles.
In short we do not think it should be exclusively for couples, but instead find a way of catering for all tastes. |

Don't take this the wrong way, but in view of the logic shown in saying no single guys, are you sure you have any idea on what would make a succesful club?
And if the building is derelict where will the money come to fit it out?

If you're club is going to be sucessful, then you have to have a broad range of different nights on offer that will appeal to a broad range of your market.
Not that only that you need to be as good as, if not better, than any club within 100 miles of your location.
If your going to appeal to people UK wide, then your going to need to aim as high as some of the best clubs in Europe and to do that will take a great deal of investment in time, energy, artistic flair and money.
To have a comprehensive view of what is our there you will need to visit a broad range of clubs across the UK of all shapes and sizes and types as well as at least a dozen abroad in Holland, Belgium, France and Germany. See who goes to those clubs, on what nights, and what, what appeals to them.
Before even attempting to open you're own club you should visit -

Tease II
That will give you a broad sense of the different types of clubs that are out there, and all of the above have something to offer. You should also check out the websites of some of the resorts including Spice in Lanzarote and Desire in Mexico.
You also need to remember only a small percentage of people that visit a club contribute to forums on swinging websites.
Just don't be thinking its easy and be fully aware of what else is out there and what you're taking on. The days of making a fast buck by chucking a few mattresses in a shithole of a hovel and calling it a sex club are well and truly over. |

As ever what _lubpartypeeps has said is just about the most accurate response here.
You need to go to a variety of clubs on different nights to see how things are done and take it from there, why would you go about re inventing the wheel when many have gone to the time and effort already and have successful money earning clubs.
As for single guys, I cant see how you could run a successful club without single guys they are the "money makers" in the swinging club scene and many couples/women go to clubs (on certain nights) to play with them. Given your location and the number of excellent clubs not to far away you will be right up against it quality wise too.

Do you really think the business is there to just run couples only all the time?? It's obvious the £30ish price for single guys is what makes the money..

Most club apart from chams don't have loads there even on weekends so they need the singles to help cover the costs .. why you get a lot having special nights and money off to get people to go ..Clubs like everything have been hit hard too and a lot just don't have the money to spend and will meet local . |
