As others have said, there is loads of reviews there already.
Libs and Xtasia have similar style- they are both nightclub type venues, but that's probably the only similarity (and the fact they both offer on site accommodation - actually, all 3 do).
Libs, as the name suggests, poses itself to be "elite", and their membership prices, as well as entry prices, reflect that. Their hotel rooms are amazing if you ever get a chance to stay there, but I can't really comment on anything else as I only went once, when Covid restrictions were still in place so not all areas of the club were available.
Xtasia is a bit like a slightly tired around the edges pub, even some of the seatings suggest that. They do have a reasonably sized dance floor and a very new spa (that has different opening hours to the main club). I would not advise using the old hot tub. I liked the fact they have a mini sex shop on site, as well as their mobile phone policy - you have to leave those in the cloakroom. Good selection of rooms, and a bar area (they are licensed, same as Libs). I'd say prices are a bit more reasonable than Libs, and their hotel rooms feature some equipment you don't get to see often. Be aware they have very limited parking spaces but there is plenty of options nearby. We were unlucky that, on my visit with my partner, the club got very cold, but I'm sure it was just a fluke rather than regular thing.
And then we have Chams. It is a dress down club, including on their party night. Cost- single male membership is quite pricey and per year only, the rest is quite reasonable. They do provide food there and sell soft drinks, you can bring your own alcohol if you wish. I find this club to have a very relaxed atmosphere but it's not the best when it's very hot outside (though you can use the sun deck then) or inside. Most of the time I've been were during the week, but have done two Saturday evenings recently, both were very busy, and the second one was very hot, temperature wise (one extreme to another, me and my partner are not having much luck with Birmingham area clubs lol). Staff at Chams are very friendly, there is plenty of different rooms, too. They also do have accommodation on site, but I have not had a chance to use it yet so can't comment.
