My better half and I are both north of 50 and neither of us are exactly svelte. OH is new to all this and is keen to visit a club but is (understandably) nervous. We’ve definitely decided to find a couples-only night. Although BGHS is local to us, we fancy a weekend away, but not too far. We were tempted by trying Silverleigh but they don’t seem to do couples nights anymore (please correct me if I’m wrong). So, now thinking Pleasures. I went there eons ago on a Friday as part of a mixed group but what’s it like these days, and on a Saturday? And would a couple in their 50s with the aforementioned wobbly bits feel out of place? We’re planning to go somewhere on the night of 11th January. |
