We are organising a fab social at VA on the 11th May, couples and ladies only, non members get in for same price as members so get your name on the guest list xxx

........... and i think we have one of the reasons why I think true "socials" and Glorified club meets should be kept seperate.....

Just get the OP to change it from a "social" to a "club meet".
Unless VA are opening earlier in the day (which they have done before) for it to be more social / meet & greet based. |

club meet or social does it really matter?? last social we had was for everyone and decided this time to meet at a club and Saturdays was the most convenient so sorry to the single guys |

While I tend to agree with you that the 2 should be seperate, most socials at VA seem to be on a Friday when single males can attend so single men are hardly getting a raw deal |

rooms are all fully booked now but 2 hotels near by still have rooms

Same rules as Chams. Same parties on Fri and Sat - just no single guys allowed in on sat night... Gives people a choice of which day to go. |

We hold a club social every week at The Lodge. We have never charged, as it is a social. We do however charge for party nights. I think some people confuse the word social with play!  |

Just been on forum for first time and can't believe this!!
Is it a really a problem, I think everyone knows the score, don't like, don't bother, simples!
Not much gratitude shown to the people trying to organise things, or are we all paying them for time and effort, oh no, we are not

All it is a social being held in a swingers club, it has not been promoted by the club and if people want to play they can and people can choose to come or not |

I'm organizing a social night for single men it's going to be mega.
I'm calling it a sex party and its free and you can't stop me.
we don't want couples because all they do is follow the single guys around all night.
frankly you couples are nightmare...... giving swinging a bad name.. terrible really...
so there.

Was at VA last night and agree with others. Have only seen single men on Friday nights and numbers are limited unlike other clubs. If the eve you remember a load of black men was a month or two ago and a lady on the bed entertaining all of them it was me and its was a friday night.
If it wasnt that night then I expect it to be another Friday or it be another club x |

I (R) know this club really well, and the owners, I would be very surprised if this was the case, unless it was a specialist night like BMFC....
VA is a run exactly the way a club should be, if there were swinger awards this would get most sumptuous club every year...
for us it is the closet we have seen to the quality of European clubs...
If it was closer we would be there every weekend from Friday to Sunday...

You def got the wrong club or it was a Friday where singles guys are allowed. Even then thou there is a limit and is done on the ratio to couples. If you do want to go on a night when singles are allowed and don't want to be in their company there is a couples only playroom so you can get away from them at all times should you choose. |
