Cancelling a room at chams when it’s closed!

As we understand it the cancellation policy at Chams is 48 hours. We have a room booked for Thursday evening which we would like to cancel but it’s closed on a Tuesday so we can’t meet the deadline for 48hrs.

I’ve emailed to cancel ask but ask anyone else been in this situation?
