JayDees had a great kink area including a St Andrews cross and was open Thursday daytimes, but is currently shut for renovation and will hopefully open soon.
Also Kestrel's has a dungeon and is open daytimes if that's not too far away.
Alternatively, if you want some more private play, there's a great and very well stocked Fetish Studio in Reading (g00gle it!)

You might want to consider checking out a club located just outside of Kings Lynn, called The Annex.
It’s a small sized club but I’m sure it holds regular fetish/kink nights and holds a few midweek daytime events.
