Slane

We have attended chameleons on a number of occasions but are toying with the idea of trying out liberty elite...

Is it worth it and where is a good place to stay locally... not really interested in staying there

TIA XX

Libs is definitely our favourite club. It's immaculately clean, the venue itself is really pleasant, the staff are lovely, and there's a hot tub that's closer to a swimming pool.

There's events for everyone - whether you want a couples only night, a stag & vixen night, bi night, or just some amazing music - be it the 90s night, house music etc.

Not sure about staying locally - one of us usually drives. The rooms are also great there, but appreciate you said you didn't want to make use of those.

Highly recommend Libs though!

Medway

By far the most cliquey club we have ever attended.

The stag and vixen night was 99% regular couples with about 6 “selected” single guys that also seemed to be regulars.

Yeah and we know it was all our fault even though we’ve pretty much visited every club in the country now and never had the same experience?

My favourite club. Clean, great staff, good facilities.

I’ve never personally experienced any cliquey behaviour but the only way you’ll find out is by trying it!

Vegas Vixen (Fridays, next 21 Nov) and V2V events (Saturdays, next 21 Dec), Sheer Indulgence first Friday of every month or Dangerous Curves which I think is the third Friday of each month are favourites of mine but there is a wide range of events.

There’s a Premier Inn 10 minutes up the road and a Leonardo’s in the opposite direction.

our go to club, we love the set up of a big social area and dance floor and main open play room with the hot tub in it aswel, you then have private play rooms and a shower upstairs which are a bonus depending on what you are looking for. There are a wide range of events which are all listed on the website for information, we have never had a bad night and have been attending for 7 years now, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

as crimson rose said above the hotels are pretty close or you can choose to book an onsite room which is even more handy

I wouldn't say it's anyone's fault as such, it does depend on which night you go to as alot of the Friday nights are hosted events that happen monthly or bi-monthly so naturally friendships from between people who go to the same events regularly which can then come across as cliquey.

I'm sure that if you message the host of the event you went to, or of one you're thinking of going to they will give you a super warm welcome and they all do their best to keep an eye on people who are new to the club.

If you look on the website you can see which events are coming up, if you see 'Temptation' on a Friday that is a normal club night so not as busy as the hosted events and generally a bit of a mixture of some regulars and some newer people.

The beauty of Libs (in my opinion anyway!) is that you do get a different vibe depending on when you're there. There is such a variety of events, so hopefully something for everyone but at its heart the parking, the social and play spaces, the hot tub, garden, onsite rooms and not forgetting the staff are what make it a great club overall!

Understand you didn't have a great first time but I would recommend the club to anyone and would also recommend giving it another chance on a different event to find something you like
