It used to be one of the most fun nights out. The 2 couples who ran it were really friendly to any single guys, while one of the bar staff.....was sometimes not so friendly...lol.
I also remember that before the Yellow House the same couples used to have a place south of the Thames.
Favourite times were when the greedy girls there weren't greedy enough and the 2 wives made sure everyone left happy! |

. I never got the chance to go to the Yellow House but I did go to something like Funtimeswingers in an industrial estate in Hackney. The guy that ran it was called Mick who passed away some years ago I think his wife was called Jenny.I first met them about 20 years ago when they were involved in Raquels a club / spa in Walthamstow

That's the same couple! Sad to hear about Mick. It would have been over 20 years ago I first met them. Times certainly have changed. I remember you could cut the smoke with a knife anywhere in the venue. The stink of stale cigarettes clung to anything you wore. I'm sure people were smoking in the play rooms....lol
