SwingerGermany.com is a site I use when I am working in Germany to find clubs.
But they are very different from British clubs, weekends are focused on couples and single ladies; unless you are a regular (which took a few months when I was living there). But you will find some that allow single males. But expect to pay €120+ to get in to any club as a single male
