I lived in Munich for a few years and Catz and Lillith are both very good. But they are both very different to UK clubs; for a start you will be paying €130+ to get in, the dress code can be strict and the behaviour standards far higher.
But i went regularly and made some great friends |

Whilst living in Germany I never visited Koln, but speaking to people I knew in the clubs in Munich there are a few clubs, but a number are sex club/swingers clubs where there are paid/or pay for ladies in attendance. So do a little research |
