Whatever you're comfortable in is the simplest answer.
If you feel more comfortable in your boxers then wear them if you feel better in a towel / nothing at all then go ahead 
As for on your feet, depends on how clean the club is imo...FYI nobody really cares what you're wearing on your feet, by the time you've stripped down most people's minds are made up if they want to play or not |

What ever you feel most comfortable in as everyones views are totally different. Plus theres no better look than someone who is genuinely confident in them selves.
Also its worth noting the general vibe of the club as well as some are more dress down and others more dress up. That way you also dont stand out like a sore thumb if its a dress up and you the only one in your boxers |
