It’s been a few years since I’ve been to Eurekas. As far as I remembered it changed hands and got really expensive for a male to visit on a casual basis for a Saturday night. Then I heard it was closing and the land was going to be turned into housing.
I’ve been to Silverleigh a couple of times recently. Some customers said that Eurekas was under different management now and was pretty wuiet these days.
Just wondered what it was like now on a Saturday night specifically? |

Desperate to attract people then? Or is it absolutely jam packed?
It would be interesting to get some genuine unbiased feedback.
Last time we went it was quiet and as dull as ditchwater compared to pre covid when we went regularly. |

Last Friday I was at a different club not a million miles away from eureka and a few groups of single men and a few couples there got told by door staff at eureka to go elsewhere due to it being dire inside.
Either they were all lying or someone inside had pissed the door staff off (who knows).

I have been there twice. The first time I went they had no record of my pre paid booking. Staff were a bit standoffish and there were definitely no more than 12 people there on both occasions. Just a huddle of people in one area on their phones. |

We have been going regularly the past few months and it's always been great the nights we have attended . Next night is this Friday which is £10 entry. I think the radio silence is because whenever somebody says something good about eureka the comment gets reported by the people that don’t like it and posts get removed. Personally from myself who didn't like the thought of attending clubs, I like it there and it's a great crowd
I’m going the 2 nd if anyone goes see you there x. If your a member it’s free if not £10 x |

Not quite sure how such a mechanism can exist, in reality. |

"What he means is, posts don't get removed for being positive about a venue. If you look through the forums you'll find many positive posts about lots of different clubs and venues. "
Well, here's a positive post.
The driveway has been sorted out and the potholes which were the result of appalling winter weather have been filled and levelled with suitable material.
There were also quite a few people there this afternoon, ahead of tonight's party (Saturday). |
