We are thinking of giving Bristol Gardens Health Spa a go. We know it isn’t a swingers club but is more a naturist spa that caters for swingers in a separate area. We kind of like that idea as not played for a bit and want something with zero pressure or expectations (on ourselves) so we can decide at the time.
We would only go to the couples only session on a Saturday night.
Have read reviews and they seem a bit mixed.
Any couples (not single guys please) got any thoughts or advice?

It's a lovely spa. Personally we don't like the play areas that much, it doesn't work for us, but it's always a nice evening.
Negative reviews are usually from people who don't follow the rules and get told off!
If you're near Brighton you haven't got anything to lose, the worst thing that'll happen is you'll have a pleasant evening in a spa! |

We always go at weekends and spend time in the afternoon just using the spa. There are singles in at that time but they are well behaved or get told to leave.
The rest rooms get busier after 6. It's not sex club levels but there's always play going on.
The lovely part is the two are separate.
The negative reviews are always due to people trying to get revenge after being kicked out because they couldn't follow the simple rules.

No you can't. It's towel or nothing.
You can take your own towel if you don't want to use theirs but it'll soon get wet.

It’s a great place to go, especially if you want somewhere zero pressure
The spa area downstairs is strictly professional, and it’s really nice too, lots of pools hot and cold to go between and mingle with people
We’d recommend getting there as close to 17:30 as possible as it closes at 22:00, and time does fly, especially if you do end up playing towards the end of the night

You can't even cuddle with your partner in the spa, but it does increase the sexual heat when you go to the rest rooms!

We really like it there - as everyone has said the spa facilities are lovely. The play rooms are just an added bonus!

We go once a month on average because we love it so much there!!!
The spa is super relaxing with 2 jaccuzis, 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, 2 hot plunge pools and a larger cool pool for when the heat gets too much. It is exclusively a naturist spa though so no amorous activity allowed.
Upstairs there is the library, solarium and rooftop sun deck but the "rest rooms" are where play is allowed. A few small rooms with 2 big ones and a lovely open space for about 4-6 couples to play on.
The owners don't take any nonsense though which creates a really safe and comfortable environment which just adds to the appeal!

We love BGHS. It's the only club we go to. We like the separation between the sexual and non-sexual areas. The facilities are excellent.
We're going this weekend after a long time away. |

We absolutely love bghs. As previously mentioned, it seems that the only negative reviews are of those that have been asked to leave and so on. Follow the simple rules and everyone has a great time.... Both in the spa and the rest area. Enjoy your visit. We hope to get back sometime in January.

It's a really pleasant spa - clean with a well-designed interior and has variety in its pools. Some rooms can get a get quite steamy

There is no playing in the spa rooms so pressure is off and its up to you if you want to go to the play rooms and what you do if you do go

I’m looking to go Friday with my partner we have not been to anything like it before I’m quite anxious about going!
We’re a larger couple just wondering if there is other larger couples that go there or just slimmer hot sexy people if you get my drift.
We’re just not 100% body confident around larger group setting especially being exposed!

Hi,
They’ll be quite a mix, the past few Friday late afternoon/evenings I’ve been it’s been great fun.
The usual few guys following any female that breaths, but then there’s the majority of str8/bi/gay guys and women as well as 3 or 4 couples.
Go, it’s a great place to strip off and enjoy the spa facilities and open sun deck…..if you have any fun, even better. |

I have been a regular there for over 20 years. And would suggest that you go just after lunch time. I like to spend a minimum of 6 hours there and that without fun time added.

Absolutely zero pressure to play - there are private rooms as well if you do want to play.
We played in private, then watched as a few couples enjoyed themselves on the beds. |

I would say it is the most relax, least pressure place we have been to. The sauna/spa side of thing is wonderfully relaxing. Nakedness without pressure. Upstairs on our own in a private room afterwards.
Would love to visit again one day.
