Nothing different to the northern clubs I would think. Its a lounge / nightclub vibe, small bar but not licensed (unless its changed) so take your own alcohol to put behind the bar.
They have always been keen on dress standards, (especially on couple nights) so check these on the website. People tend to wander round fully dressed and disrobe when appropriate, there is no wet area.
Polite and chatty and non pushy seems to be the way to go.
