Met some great people tonight and left happy, until the security guy came to us on the car park after we had left asking what went on in the room and asking why the room we’d been in smelt!! Discussing way to run a business and attitude, security shouldn’t be following us after we left asking questions! WTF was he thinking! Destroyed an otherwise good night!!! |

Wow, that is bad! I've never been to Xtasia but this thread puts me off even considering the club.
I don't know what equipment they have in their playrooms for cleaning after yourself, but a lot of clubs have got disinfecting sprays for the beds that are slightly scented which can mask the smells of squirt. However, this is a swingers club, meaning their rooms can smell of sex. |

Great venue, amazing members just a shame the one staff attitude ruined it as we were leaving on a high, he should understand sex and body function, |

Can we clarify exactly what happened last night. Someone had a rear end accident. Others were aware of it, and a couple tried to tidy the room up. Security was made aware and tried to chat to the couple on exiting to find out where the issue was so they could block off the room for a serious clean. We take cleaning seriously and would hate guests to stumble across this. Sorry if it ruined your night, but we were doing the best we could discretely. Sensitive subject, and we wouldn't have mentioned in a public forum, but do feel we need to reply now. |

Can we clarify the security guard was present when the bed was getting cleaned as he sprayed around it while 3 were cleaning it so knew the room, he even acknowledged us there so no need to humiliate anyone afterwards |

"I don’t understand the concept of security guards in swinging parties and clubs .it does mess up the mood "
To be honest the security is needed and does a great job, it was just unfortunate this one instance things were said that wasn’t needed at this time |

Trying to sort out a delicate issue at the time in a busy club, or a foyer, etc is always awkward and the guys try to do their best. Shall we all leave it there? No need to blow things up. Hope we can get past the nights ending and welcome back anytime

We went for the first time last night and I would say the security are really warm and welcoming and showed us around.
During the evening they were there checking but they never felt imposing.
Sadly xstasia isn't the club for us- not dressing down made it totally awkward when in the play rooms. But we recognise that this isn't everyone's taste. Staff and security were great and my gosh the DJ played great songs all night.

We personally thought the whole situation was handled amazingly lastnight! We weren't made aware of the details however we were given the heads up that an area of the playrooms were not usable due to clean up happening.
It really showed just how seriously the club take hygiene, how quickly they worked and how discretely people were made aware and asked to give space to the staff for them to do their jobs whilst also not impacting on the people enjoying their night.
On the other side, shit happens (excuse the pun), shows someone had a fantastic time! Noone should ever be embarrassed about normal bodily functions. |

Security have always been awesome during every trip I've made over the last decade+ - last night was no different.
And there's always enough spray and roll to self clean anything left after play and it's the responsibility of whoever made the mess, more than the club staff. Having been to many a club over the years I've seen rooms left in shocking states by people who just finish what they're doing and saunter off leaving some other poor sod to clean up. Rare that I've ever seen that at Xtasia. |

Ohhh actually, I saw the group room in the worst mess lastnight that I'd ever seen it just as we went in! There were 2 or 3 glow braclets left in the corner. Terrible!
But yeah, Xtasias stock of spray and paper etc is literally every few feet in all the rooms and even in the bar. Makes clean up very easy and it's one of the few clubs I've literally never seen in a mess. They do a fantastic job! We love how they make all cleaning supplies so accessible regardless of where you are in there |

"I don't understand the need behind this post.
It seems to me like defamation of the club. "
It is certainly sad when people feel a need to shit on a club especially when the owners and staff work so hard to make it a wonderful place. |

On our last visit 90% of the attendees were dressed down. I believe it's good when there isn't a rule to dress down, especially for new people who attend to a club for a first time. |

It was probably the opposite last night, hardly any dressed down and it was mainly the women. It just makes it harder and more awkward to invite in others to play or get the action started in a room when you then have to get undressed first. Mr also had to scrabble and search for his shoes afterwards in the pile of shoes all the while ppl were coming in to watch others.
Like I say.... this is our opinion of it as it suits many but not us. |

That is exactly what they should be doing, to ensure the guests are safe! Not outside. Not a creep, doing his job! |

The security often patrol the entire club to ensure everyone is OK, they also give club tours to newbies, help with bottle & glass collecting aswell general clean up. They do a huge job over the course of an evening |
