Saturday or Sunday. It's fine to go during the afternoon to relax in the spa. If you get any hassle there just say no and if it continues speak to the staff, who will deal with it.
Then after 6pm the singles leave and you can take things at your own pace upstairs. |

Yes as others have said, Sat or Sun after about 5.30pm might be your best bet to start off with, however the staff there are VERY good and have no qualms about kicking out those who misbehave, so if you decide you like the place and want to return, you should be ok going outside those days and times. |

Absolutely fine. You'll be able to watch or play with just each other without any issues. Nothing happens outside the rest rooms so you can dip your toes in as much or little as you want. |

Great spa went there yesterday with my gf staff very polite and respectful we even got sandwiches which were amazing will be back there again soon |

There is one space which is open and can fit around 6 couples on it, there's 4 lockable small massage rooms, one locakble.room with a double bedspace, the mirror room and the front room which can fit 6 and are both lockable! |

My first visit yesterday afternoon. Quite quiet, but friendly and facilities are great. Spa area, sun terrace and rest rooms are very nice. Hope to visit again soon. |

I did go, It was good. There were a few ladies there on their own but it was mainly single guys. I will go again I’m sure. Would recommend taking the plunge, it’s not nearly as awkward as you think it’s going to be. |

I went yesterday for the first time - loved it, both for the facilities and also for the additional interests.
At about 5:15, one of the staff politely asks the single guys to leave, which we all did with no fuss.
Some couples were coming in as we were going, and you definitely get a good looking bunch for the evenings  |

You are given a towel when you go in ( which you can change as often as you want).
You can have that around you as much as you want.
You have to wear the towel in the lounge and have to sit on it in the saunas. Everywhere else it's your choice as to whether you are naked or have the towel around you. |

BGHS is mixed all the time, except for Saturday & Sunday evenings, when it's couples ONLY 6-10pm.
There are usually a few couples in on Sat/Sun afternoons, BUT not everyone is there to play, so any fun must be kept to the restrooms only. If you get caught doing anything in the wet areas or anyone complains then it's pretty certain you'll be banned for life.
They do not open Mondays. |

We go during the week daytimes and leave when it becomes coupes only.
There’s usually other couples and women in the daytime too.

She still is, none of the above except for in the rest rooms, unless you want to be asked to leave.
Ratios change, during the day at the weekend there's more men after 6 it's 50/50.
