VA or Jaydees for a newbie?

Hey all, I’m very interested in trying a club as I’ve never been to one before. Any suggestions for a novice, and which club would be best for a first timer? Xx |

It depends whether you like to have an option of a private lockable rooms or not.
VA hasn't got any, it's mostly open play areas and couples only room. But they do nights when they only allow couples and single ladies in, no single men.
Jaydees offers private lockable rooms as well as open play areas and couples only room. They allow single men in both evenings, but men have to book in advance.
Both clubs have hot tubs to die for, but you can have sex in VA's hot tub but not Jaydees one. |

Never been to VA but spent many a good night at Jaydees
Plenty of lockable rooms at Jaydees, bring your own alcohol which is safe behind a manned bar which saves on any extra cost at end of evening.
Single women are welcomed and well looked after

Had my first visit to VA recently was surprised about no lockable rooms but still had a lovely time. The team are friendly and very helpful. I think my next trip will be to jaydees. Just for research purposes you understand;) |

Interesting, we'd put VA as our favorite experience. So evidently need to try Jaydee's!!!

In terms of venue VA is better, but we like the people and atmosphere at Jaydee’s.
Found it very difficult to get in a sexy mood with the music so loud it was being in the middle of a night club. Plus people tended to stay in their own groups we found. |

Hated VA. Very cliquey and if you want to play you have to do it in full view of everyone else.
Jaydees is a great place, friendly crowd and the option of private play. I think it's disgusting that VA allow sex in the hot tub to be honest, who wants to sit in a bath filled with other people's cum, the water was literally milky white the last time I went, bleuurgh! |

I must admit, I do love jaydees.. especially on one of their theme nights.. amazing atmosphere and plus, the dancefloor is amazing.. dance your heart away and no one will batter an eyelid.. its incredible  |

Agree with the comments here regarding both clubs. VA is very cliquey and Jaydees very friendly vibe.
Our preference though is Kestrels/Abfabs. We feel very comfortable there. |

No question- it's Jaydees. We've been in many clubs and Jaydees isabsolutely best in regards to staff, atmosphere and friendliness. |

Our experiences were from another couples invite and Chic so guess we may not have experienced VA from a 'normal' night.. |

Check out whatwomenwant profile.
They hold monthly Friday daytime events at VA
I went to my first club alone and I can't praise them enough. They shown around and they check on you to make sure you're ok. All the other guest are a fantastic mix.

I have been to both clubs now and I would say Jaydees was so friendly and welcoming. Also with Jaydees being BYOB it is better for controlling alcohol consumption and cost. Only negative I would say about Jaydees, the upstairs isn't designed for taller people like me. But that's not a big issue as I had a blast anyway
VA I didn't find cliquey but I have been going a while so have made some great friends already there are certain nights where I can't go and from what I've been told they can get like this.
The staff at both venues are lovely and friendly, also the set up is gwell laid out |

Been to both clubs, had a great night at both. We personally love VA, it’s home from home for us- go there every month… we found jaydees lovely too but very spit and sawdust- all depends what you are looking for. Xx |

We love the VA. Prefer open play areas as well. Makes it easier to invite others to join you.
We have seen groups who know each other meeting there, yet when we introduce ourselves they’ve always been friendly and chatty. |

We've been to both clubs and had great evenings at both, pick the event that you thinks suits you and give it a go.
Personally we tend to go to VA over Jaydees, we just prefer the club, vibe and events they hold. But both are great clubs but totally different to each other. |

Our first visit to a club was VA which was ok we have visited it twice since and while it’s more of a club it’s difficult to talk to anyone due to that fact. All areas are very open so can be off putting when stepping into it to start off.
We do go to Jaydees regular because we enjoy the social side as well as the swinging. Lockable play rooms and areas you can chat to strike up a convo to others before playing is great.
Found VA was more about getting our money out of us at the bar as oposswd to jaydees staff ensuring you’re having a good time and making sure you’re speaking with others and the like.
But as you can see everyone’s different so I’d suggest trying both at least once |

VA and jaydees are both very good clubs having spent a long time at both thay each have pros and cons as every club/bissniss do, it's more down to personal preferences, Va is a very clubby club and you can have a very good dance and a play if you fancy it, very good for ppl that like being watched but not so good for getting to know ppl and chatting all night but lovely place.
Jaydees still had the clubby feel but more chance of getting to know ppl, you can still be watched if you play upstairs and there is one roo. With a window but thay do also have lockable private rooms, upstairs has a dungeon feel to it and it is BYOB witch means you will allways have what you want to drink and it's cheaper to do so.
We meet loads of friends at va but allot of them allso go to jaydees.

I have attended a couple of clubs. Me personally, Jaydess hands down all the time. You won't find a friendlier place where you'll feel welcome, looked after by staff and regulars and a great place to get to know people as people. Plus the huge hot tub is so nice to relax in. I'd always choose Jaydees everytime, however I know that everyone has their preferences. Jaydees is mine. |

We go to both clubs fairly regularly and like both of them for different reasons, we'd suggest trying both of them at least twice for different events to get a real feel for them and what you like. |

Our very first time attending clubs we chose Jaydees even though VA and Penthouse are closer to us. We’re glad we did as everyone is very friendly there and it made us feel relaxed.
We can’t make a proper judgement on VA as we’ve never been but like some of the other posts here have said we have been told it can be very cliquey and it put us off. Plus also we’re not good at being very sociable and we can be very nervous and quiet in the corner unless we’re approached.
We’ve had better luck with fun at penthouse and the overall age demographic does seem to be younger there however like we mentioned personally we could go to all 3 and nothing happen as we’re not good at approaching people

Tell the staff that you are new and they'll introduce you to the regulars, so you won't feel like that awkward kid, that joined the class halfway through the school year. |

Do you mean someone to go there with you, or someone to meet there? As myself and my partner, we have a good record of looking after single ladies at Jaydees, introducing them gently to the club . We are planning to be there on the 16th of September (Saturday) during the day, and most likely on the 6th of October (Friday), to celebrate my partner's birthday (even though he is not bi, just enjoys the relaxed atmosphere of those nights). "

Both! Flip a coin to see which one first!
Each club designed and run by owners as they view swinging.
Main differences are closed and open rooms and play or not in hot tub, different filtration systems.
Either way, be you, have limits agreed before you go and smile and chat to anyone as they may have friends you like too! Lol |

Jaydees and eureka in Kent our two go to places but always good to try new ones too, so back to question I’d say jaydees for first time but try va as well |

Both clubs are great in their own way
We tried Jaydees first and was made incredibly welcome, danced loads, laughed a lot and we made friends there.
It was just, once we tried the VA, we were sold. We love the atmosphere, the events, the people VA attracts and for us it has a real club feel and the open play areas create a sexy vibe . The staff are very proactive and this makes us feel very safe
We would by no means be derogatory to Jaydees, because as I say we had great nights there, it’s just not our No. 1 choice
But, try both and then you will make your own judgement. As a previous poster has already said. Look at both club’s websites and the events that might appeal to you

We’ve only been to Jaydees and LOVE it! We were so nervous about going the first time, we went with some friends we met on here. Was made to feel so welcomed from the first visit! We love the atmosphere, the club, the staff and the people!! |

I’ve been to Jaydees a few times as both a single and as part of a couple. It’s the very definition of cliquey IMO.
VA has a much better vibe.
Horses for courses but I’d rather pay to visit VA than go to Jaydees for free.

Guess all clubs with regulars can be if you don’t put yourselfs out to mingle with the groups, unfortunately the wife and I are quite shy so end up just drinking with each other most of the time which is a shame |

Some very interesting views on here. As stated before, each club is good in its own right. VA has a far better finish but does miss the option of a private space that Jaydees offers. However the outdoor space and on-site accommodation more than makes up for this.
To be fair the club we’ve found that has the quality of VA with the option of both open play and lockable rooms is liberty elite. The only downside is the hot tub when compared to both Jaydees and VA.
We would liken Jaydees to more like a large house party and VA more like a nightclub.
In terms of clique, we’ve actually found Jaydees to be a little more like that but we’re always happy to make our own fun so that doesn’t really effect us. |

We have attended Jaydees many many times.. it’s so friendly and a great venue . The staff are brilliant and friendly. The venue itself has many many rooms inc a big couples only area. Private rooms huge hot tub (no play in there ) along with a big open area upstairs with lounge areas and a big four poster bed.
Never been to VA we have thought about it but the clickyness puts us off |
