Sameplace is not too far from the centre. A small bar feel with a play area downstairs.

Fata Morgana. Across the river to the rear of the station.

Fun for two. Not in Amsterdam, but about 50 mins outside. Probably the most luxurious club we've ever been to!

We've not been for a while though, and definitely need a trip back over there.
