Does anyone know of any women-only parties or events at clubs? I know Le Boudoir was thinking of hosting but they seem to have disappeared from the website.

The Bizarre Events organization run a party called Club Labrys a few times each year for all who identify as female. Held in London.

St Neots

Check out Skirt Club. They run women-only parties around the world, and host some in London. Mrs has been to a few of them and loves them.
