Like all arab counties its frowned upon but it doesnt mean its not there.. just done a quick search on the net and it looks as you will find some kind of fun, whether it be some sort or club or couples/singles .. best do a little more in-depth search than i did though

I can't imagine there is. And if there are any in Morrocco I'd speculate they'd be in Agadir not marakkesh.
A lot of the accommodation will not even tolerate you bring people back to your room. And there are very few bars in marrakech so clubs, let alone swinging clubs are uncommon
