So myself and my fwb are considering attending a club for the first time and was wondering if anyone had any advice? Neither of us have been to a club before and have no idea what to expect?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated |

Don't go with the mindset that you are definitely going to have sex,
Try and socialise with people there,
Make sure you read the clubs rules before you go,
If you are going to be going with a FWB make sure you both communicate any boundaries you have together before you go,
Have a look on the meet section on here maybe make contact with someone else that is going the particular night you were going explain that it will be your first club experience and you never know they might take you under there wing for the night and show you the ropes so to speak.
It can be nerve-wracking the first time but going as a couple for your first time will help, I think it took me 3 visits going with someone before I managed it on my own

Relax, be yourselves, and don't put any pressure on either to play. Infact treat it as a social, anything else is a bonus.
Most clubs will give you a tour with a host and happily introduce you to other ppl. Enjoy your journey. I'm sure you won't regret it. Xx mrs |

First of all, decide what kind of club you'd like to visit. Would you prefer the spa-based one, where you dress down on arrival and have access to plenty of wet facilities or would you prefer the more night-club like, where you come in dressed to impress and maybe, eventually, dress down for the play areas/wet facilities? Spa-based clubs are usually open during the day and they can't guarantee good males to females and couples ratio as nobody has to book to go in. Nightclub-style ones do try and keep good ratio by either limiting single men numbers or by completely not allowing them on certain nights (usually Saturday nights in most clubs).
Once you know what type of clubs you'd prefer, choose the area, how far you'd be prepared to travel. Have a look at club reviews in that area, see which one(s) sound best to you. Next, check the chosen club(s) website(s) to see their opening hours and what events they have on. Some clubs offer a virtual tour, too, so you could familiarise yourself with the layout of the club before going. Decide which day/event you'd like to attend, then contact the club if the membership is required prior to attending. Make sure you are aware of the dress code and whether the club is fully licenced or not. Also, do check if you need to pay by cash- most clubs do offer card payments but there are still some that are cash only.
Once you know which event you'd like to attend, have a look on the forum if there is any chatter about that event as that would allow you to see who is planning on coming, and maybe make some connections beforehand.
On the day, make sure you have ID on you (as most clubs require one on first visit), and go with no expectations. Staff would normally give you a tour of the club, as well as make you aware of any rules (main one: don't touch unless invited to). And try to enjoy yourselves, however you see fit, even if it's "just" sitting at the bar or being on the dance floor |

"Thanks for the advice guys. I suppose the next question is where would you suggest is the best club? We are based in Yorkshire "
Make a weekend of it, travel down south and go to Jaydees, it's the perfect place for newbies |

OP, what is "best" for one person is not necessarily going to be "best" for someone else, and the same applies to swingers clubs. You'd get so many different replies, but the names you'd probably hear the most often are, in no particular order: Chameleons in Darlaston, Liberty Elite, Vanilla Alternative, Club Play, Le Boudoir, Townhouse etc. I am rather biased, I love Jaydees for its homely atmosphere and the massive hot tub but that may be too far for you to travel. Anyway, have fun wherever you choose to go. |
