Hey you!! We went Saturday daytime, I’m one of the rare ones that really like it lol jacuzzis, saunas and steam rooms are very nice!
Would suggest u go with someone though for a first visit and be firm with “no” to the guys! U know me a simple look does the trick but u r nicer than me haha but I think u will still like it! X

Ive always enjoyed Rios. Good facilities, the ability to be naked and people who will say hi and chat unlike many of the frankly unfriendly clubs I’ve visited. Not a swingers club at all IMHO but none the worse for that fact |

What if we all like same things then the world will be a very boring place. I met couple of friendly people there but based on my experience I have never seen in any swingers club women talking loudly and scrubbing their sole of the feet with some kind of brush and dead skin was all over the seats in steam room and no one even staff stopped them. That was gross. Also continuous knocking on the door from desperate guys when I played with a lady in one of the room with “panic alarm”. That puts me off going back again and but that’s my opinion. |

i went there on a naturist evening. At the desk I was asked "You do realise it is naturist this evening?" "No problem, I'm a naturist" I replied.
When I walked in, the jacuzzi occupants were as described above. Maybe they didn't realise or had been soaking there all day anyway. |

Don't mind the place but a lot of pushy guys so make sure you're firm with your "no" if needed.
Went fair recently and play in public doesn't seem to be allowed anymore (not sure if it ever was but they were lax about it, whereas now they tell people off for it) |

From a personal perspective as a single guy I go to Rios with the attitude no expectations no disappointments I go to use the facilities and anything else is a bonus.Yes some guys are pushy and can spoil it for a single lady or a couple but if firm they generally get the message. I have also attended as a couple with a young lady who said she enjoyed the facilities but would not feel comfortable going alone.Hope this helps OP and best of luck with whatever you decide to do. |

I’ve only been once. Was a late afternoon and it seemed to be very male dominated. Every time a single woman / couple moved from one area to another you’d have a group of guys immediately following them, it was like that benny hill sequence.
I’ve not been back since. Kestrals is so much better in every respect even if it doesn’t have the same steam / sauna facilities. |

So i have been to Rio’s couple of times
As couple
Good bits
Facilities,price and location are good
Bad bits
People knock on Doors when you are in room
People hold rooms and do clear when finished
Guys follow you around
So not a good place for a single women |

I’ve been a few times when I am in London.
I maybe going again at the start of May.
Like others have said it’s got good facilities and very friendly staff.
But the cons are the number of single guys who are not genuine swingers and have no etiquette. First visit I would go with another person and be ready to say NO many times. |

I went a few years ago.
As everyone else has already said, it’s more of a spa than a typical club
Largely full of single males who follow you around and knock the doors
There’s a panic alarm in private rooms. I accidentally stood against it and set it off, which was a bit embarrassing but didn’t stop the fun happening
As side of the single men, there’s were plenty of MF couples around. |

I had used this club over the years as a naturist spa and although a bit shabby a great place to relax. However, went for the first time with Flik on a Saturday and it was a very threatening atmosphere with guys blocking areas so you couldn't walk through and grabbing at Flik...no amount of no made any difference. When it came for the time for guys to leave many were hiding or in one case being chased by the staff in an attempt to get him to leave which eventually ended up in a bit of a brawl. We will never return. |

This sounds all too familiar. I used to go there for years, I’ve seen the change in the clientele, and it has made it really difficult for us single guys to go there now, because too many do not respect boundaries or follow any kind of etiquette. I’d always recommend a female to go with someone. It’s really hit and miss. I’ve stopped going there because single women are so outnumbered, they end up intimidated and not returning. Either way, good luck. |

Haven't been there for about 15 years as it was as bad then as people say it is now. The vast majority of single guys that go there have no clue about how to behave and encapsulate every negative aspect of single guys being in the scene in whatever shape or form. |

I think it’s unfair to blame just single men. I saw a woman kept spitting in communal shower area. Maybe it’s me who notice these things too much. I’m not tarring everyone with same brush but vast majority there had no clue of basic manners and hygiene.

I used to love going to Rios.
I afore being naked - I'd never dream of wearing a swimsuit - it would be destroyed by the temperatures and the chlorine... but also being naked and steamy and wet is just.... *chef's kiss*

Their business model basically consists of being a very accessible naked spa based in a busy North London high street which means they will see pretty regular footfall and in particular from single men. That doesn't automatically mean that they are creating a pleasant and comfortable environment and experience for their customers as the high numbers of negative feedback on here alone clearly indicates. If their business model suits them but leaves their customers unhappy then that's good a enough reason to avoid the place. |

Pretty wise decision in my view. Whenever the topic of Rios comes up on conversation, I always advise women or couples to try a Saturday evening (couples only) for their first visit if possible (particularly for the women). Failing that, try during the day time when it's a little less "preditorial". The behaviour I've observed there over the last 8 years has been shocking and appalling at times and is a big part of the reason I haven't been back post pandemic. I can't imagine what it must be like for a woman on her own. |

I had to push a guy away yesterday in the jacuzzi. Lol! I'm used to doing it. But I weigh 200lbs and am 5'6" Any smaller and I could see how a woman would be intimidated. It's best they not irritate me because I'm not averse to turning around and swearing at all of them and attempting to slap them all if they don't take no for an answer and think it's a joke to manhandle anyone or ignore that consent is a thing. I may be a play mate but not a plaything. |
