Good afternoon!
My partner and I are attending TG on April 21st with my two female friends. We’ve never been and wondering what to wear. I’m aware there are strict dress codes. I’m a lot more comfortable in latex whereas my partner (male) less so, so I really need ideas for him. (This is the guy who ended up on stage at Rocky horror in full Frankenfurter attire) so extreme suggestions allowed!!
Thank you!

Kilt - leather or latex.
Leather trousers and chest harness
Latex shorts and boots
All potentially paired with body paint, make up, chains, rope, feathers…
If he’s still feeling RHPS minded…. Heels, stockings, knickers and a basque… or topless with nipple covers…… |

Think outside the box. We saw many males who had made very little effort after a certain time and were in boxers.
I'd say get wet look boxers goes down well, maybe a harness or braces. Wearing a mask is a big thing but there's nothing wrong with a bit of makeup! |

Literally anything you want that's likely to raise an eyebrow in normal circles.
Chimp was in a long punk skirt, under bust corset, top hat and makeup last time.
I was in a bondage harness made from recycled tyres and fishnets.
A lot of guys seem to favour leather style pants and some kind of body harness if you want to be safe that's a minimum but is a bit boring.
Girls have an easier time outfit wise, latex, leather, something a bit risque and you'll be fine. x |

One of the best outfits I ever on a first timer was big boots, black fitted boxers and 2 L plates, stuck to his chest and back.
All black is usually the minimum, but think leather, CD, goth, military etc if you want to move away from the latex. |

I'm a huge fan of latex so that is my go to. Some latex bottoms, boxer or trousers, and depending on confidence bare top or harness would be fine. Yes guys get away with a little more, I'm jealous as we don't have the huge array of outfits and choice women have |

As others have said male presenting people get away with a lot more dress-wise. If you’re a group of male presenting people, I suggest you go in separately. We’ve had issues with predatory men recently who aren’t a part of the scene and think it’s just a sex club not a fetish club.
There are a number of leather look trousers and shirts on Amazon for sub £40 (no pun intended). As a first timer I suspect they won’t have the budget or interest in spending a lot. They also probably haven’t doubt their scene identity yet, so it’s a safe option. Remember: no trainers, no boxers, fancy dress is a big no no. It’s a fetish club not vanilla halloween.
If in doubt email yasmin(a_t)toreruregarden(dot)com a photo ahead of time and she’ll give feedback. She’s always on the door. I hope this helps. |
