Hi all, probably been asked and answered before but why is the pineapple a symbol of the swinger community?
The upside down pineapple is you’re available, yes?
Why not a peach, or a banana? |

We've researched this story for our podcast. Apparently legend has it that it originated in Hawaii, they have an upside down pineapple cake. Representing friendly hospitality. Then in Canada and America Swingers adopted the pineapple as a reference as being friendly and hospitable with other swingers x |

"Hi all, probably been asked and answered before but why is the pineapple a symbol of the swinger community?

"In the UK it’s pampass grass lol"
Yeah but can’t buy pampas grass in a supermarket
I know if you have it growing in your garden it’s a sign but also it’s an invasive plant… |
